Scott is a serial killer in Boulder, CO who committed 4 murders in the span of roughly a year. The informant turned killer, this story takes you on many twists and turns! Just right up the road from Denver is a quaint little town called St. Elmo, which has been abandoned for years. It is known as one of the best-preserved ghost towns in Colorado, and make sure you don't do anything to provoke "Dirty Annie" if you find your way through St. Elmo!
