It was an honor to be on Kevin’s podcast. We talked about transforming what people think about leadership from a “doing leadership” to a “being a leader.” The Me-leadership has to come before the We-leadership. And that’s the work on the self and understanding one’s self before collaboration. The difference between efficient and effective leadership is the impact it has on those who are being led.
