Our faith is only as credible as our follow through. If you really believe God told you to write a book, then write it! If you really believe God told you to go back to school, then register for classes. If you really believe God told you to start a business, then go get your license! It’s not the beliefs we declare but rather the beliefs we carry out that determine whether or not God’s purposes in our life will be fulfilled. You and I can decide what 2023 will look like for us; not in declarations and confessions alone, but in the decisions and choices we make over the next 365 days. It's time to follow through! 

In this episode of Let's Grow, I had the opportunity to speak with Mark Moore, Jr. regarding how to see success in a vision. Mark is the founder and CEO of The Moore Group, under which he has birthed The Young Leaders Conference, affectionately known as “YLC”. YLC, formally known as YLR, the Young Leaders Retreat , was started in 2012 as a small revival in a hotel conference room, with only 50 registrants. Over the course of just 7 years, YLR, has grown into the Premiere gathering place for over thousands of Young Leaders each year. He has hosted three successful Young Leader Retreats and 3 successful Young Leaders conferences with registrants from the 49 state and 20+ countries! Pastor Ronaldo's mother passed away in 2020 due to Covid-19, leaving a void in the hearts of all who loved her.
