The first few episodes I felt like a fish that bit the hook. As I continued to listen I kept getting pulled in. The intros at first had me fighting the pull of the show and slowly it kept reeling me in until I gave up and got pulled into the boat of these lovely ladies. Now in the live well and listen to every word they say and am very happy I’m on there boat. Also I don’t fish. Amazing show!

People always say that Nat and Aly are brainless and they do not give deep dives, if you listen to only one episode you will be lost but I promise if you listen to them more you will understand the inside jokes and the amazing content they put out, it is great to listen to in the background as you are doing something or putting your undivided attention to it, it always exceeds my expectations, I highly suggest this podcast

These girls can be hummus at times, but honestly seem a little brain dead. Their lack of knowledge on the most basic of topics makes my eyes roll. And they come to conclusions that are just illogical and poorly thought out. It’s great if you want something in the background while you wash dishes, but it’s going to annoy anyone who thinks they are going to get a deep dive into lore.

I come from a military background so I cut a lot naturally and hearing the way they speak and how they interact with each other makes me feel like I’m not the only one in the world that talks this way they are so intelligent and look so deeply into each one of these stories and are also so respectful of the opinions given they never discount anything and always try to look at every side of the picture!! They set the right expectation for this podcast every week, and they do an absolutely amazing job. It’s so much fun, and I wish personally haunting were on the main feed still, but haters are haters.

Nat and Aly have fabulous chemistry and always bring so much to every episode. From the research, to the structure and their banter, I love everything about LGH. Do you want a show that’s essentially a dissertation on the given subject? Probably not for you. This show is for ENTERTAINMENT and they succeed. If you don’t want to listen to two girls enjoying each other’s company and storytelling, that’s fine, this isn’t for you. Perhaps you can try Last Podcast on the Left, or unpacking your internalized misogyny.

Thought I’d give podcast a try because I heard host on Monsters Among Us, but should have known if she was throwing around Fbombs there it would be even worse on actual podcast. The nasty language aside, Nat and Aly sound brainless, which is probably why they resort to cussing. Just cannot enjoy their story telling or their banter.

This has become my favorite paranormal podcast. Love the hosts & the effort they put into every episode. I’ve come to particularly enjoy the listener stories and wish they happened more frequently, but I still enjoy the other episodes as well!

I am pretty sure the hosts share a brain cell. I tried so hard to like this podcast but their brainless banter is like fingernails on a chalk board. I made it to episode 6 and can’t endure anymore. If you like listening to what sounds like 2 dim high school girls you will love this podcast.

The worst girls you knew in high school have a podcast. No longer are they bullying you for not smoking clove cigarettes or knowing your rising sign, they are now yelling at you about conspiracies and ghosts while still not having half of the facts and telling you that you’re the problem for wanting them to take anything seriously. One host is a fine storyteller, and the other one is defensive. Which put together is definitely a thing you can listen to with your ears.

Sure, this is a paranormal podcast. But it’s also a therapy session, a night out with friends, a life lesson, a wild adventure, a crash out. If you exist and want to be entertained this is the podcast for you. The gals are hilarious, lovable, wise, don’t take no guff, do their research, have lore, and are basically the embodiment of all the reasons you love the internet. Also, you guys came to them. Don’t be asking them to change the formula that made their show magic. This is it. This is the potion. This is the brew. This is where you come to when you want to learn, be entertained, and have your shivers timbered.

The topics keep me thinking of haunted things that may or may not be more haunted than my life and it grips my attention. I have laughed with them and I have cried with them. I finally caught up today—🙌 but also😢—after binge listening from episode one. For about 3 months, you ladies have been the only pod up in my ear holes. I started listening after your collab with Scared All the Time btw. You ladies have the perfect blend of everything that makes even the stories I’ve previously heard feel new again. My favorite thing is something y’all have forgotten—when Nat proposed a sleep paralysis demon was just a big thumb. I know you forgot because someone did an artwork or something and you couldn’t place it. I remembered because I nearly pee-laughed myself off the road while driving for uber and listening. I learned from an episode of LGH that there was a woman who wanted to marry an airplane. If I could, I would marry this podcast.

I have a few go-to podcasts and have a hard time expanding beyond those few shows. This podcast was one I decided to give a chance, and I am so happy I did. These two spooky b*itches make me laugh every episode and talk about the paranormal. The best combination! There are other podcasts that are paranormal that consider themselves “comedy” but are NOT funny. Even the ads are funny! Go listen!

Yes the titles are of certain hauntings and conspiracy’s but this pod is so much more. The hosts bring bright personalities and humor that even bleed into their add reads! If youre looking to use the research the girls do for a book report or something be patient and ready for belly laughs and gossip. I found this pod during Covid lockdown and it’s been something I look forward to weekly ever since. Nat and Ally are wicked charming and balance each other out like a salad with its dressing (facts with flavor). If your a first timer I’d suggest listening to a listener episode first because the love of the fans really comes through and shows why anyone would want to stick around. Nat and Ally are amazing and only deserve 5 stars for all the work and dedication towards the show.

I found this podcast when they collabed with Scared All The Time and instantly became a fan of the Let’s Get Haunted girlies. They’re so fun and funny, it feels like you’re on a FaceTime call. Love it, can’t recommend enough

You guys are great and I still love the stories but boy howdy!— the frequency of ad placements paired with their length is starting to feel like listening to a multi-product infomercial. Part of the fun of the show is the conversational banter. The content isn’t tight or efficient, it flows like a casual coffee date— all good until the concentrated insistent ad reads feel denser than the content. XO— thanks for all the solid stories and consistency over the years.

I came here interested in learning about the wild story of Aimo Koivunen. His name wasn’t even mentioned until 39 minutes into the show…but I did get a graphic 35-minute long description of a horrible birthing story (so sorry that happened), a strange side story about Liam Neeson and Nick Cage that seemed hardly necessary, and a slurry of nonsense about Libras. I’m new here but I guess getting to the point of the story isn’t the aim of the episode here.

What sets this podcast apart is their engaging storytelling and undeniable chemistry. I also love that the intro can sometimes just be a tangent that goes on for like half an hour and it’s usually hilarious. Also just have to throw this in- Sometimes after an episode that mentions amulets I am oddly craving an omelette. If you know, you know.

There’s nothing wrong with the podcast, per se, but the tangents the hostesses take off on make it difficult to follow. It’s also sort of annoying when they—both of them likely being closer to 40 than 20–use words like sigma, cunty, and slay. I tried with this. It’s just not my cup-of-tea. The subject matter is entertaining, and their genuine friendship is charming, at least.

Nat and Aly provide a much needed break from the grind of living. These friends address super haunted topics like aliens, conspiracies, and ghosts in a way that makes the listener feel like a part of the conversation. They make me miss the long nights of ghost stories shared with my besties as I was growing up. Thanks for normalizing this haunted life we all live.

This is the first podcast I have listened to and you really need to have your facts checked first. Lake Superior is the largest great lake and the complete lack of any kind of geographic knowledge by one of the podcasters is sad. I'm going to finish this podcast, but I'm not sure that I will be hanging in there to hear more.. this is disappointing because I did like the subjects you had on some of your other podcasts.

Good podcast all around. It’s fun and some neat topics too. Don’t catch every episode but do enjoy it when I listen.

I really love these two women and their dynamic together. I love a podcast with true friends and I love a podcast that covers spooky stuff. The ads can be a lot, but that’s not exclusive to them. I do have to say, any mention of Johnny Depp is the biggest jump scare this pod provides. He chills me to my core…

They discuss a lot of paranormal events in a relatively light hearted way that makes the topics feel more fun and less like you need to be wearing a tin foil hat to listen to them. You can tell that they are passionate about this podcast and do put in the effort to make the episodes entertaining.

Found this through cross overs with Strange Familiars and the Cryptonaut podcast. They do really well researched dives into subjects I didn’t even realize I was obsessed with. The format, the banter, the research, the honest opinions. You both are amazing! I use pods to fall asleep a lot and can’t use this one because I want to hear every detail. Thank you!

I've listened to these girls from the beginning. Love their banter and their out of the this world stories. Thank you nat and ally for all the laughs.

They cover a great variety of interesting topics with good research. I like the back and forth they present with-they keep the energy light and don’t take themselves too seriously. I think they bring good conjecture to the mysterious things, like aliens and Atlantis, etc. The range of topics is great, always something that’s interesting to me. Don’t like the upfront banter? They provide time stamps for that. Give it a listen!
