This is about people, the good, the bad, and the ugly. Because they are all out there. Which one are you.? Which one is the person next to you? This is a hospitality podcast that's more about people than it is about the industry. It's certainly not going to be about how dry is dry enough for your Martini. So unless you are serving a certain famous secret agent (a contradiction in terms that it is) then nobody really cares. Can we be more appreciative, can we be better at our jobs, and more importantly at being human beings? That and so much more will be up for discussion on a weekly basis with myself and many fascinating guests that have something they want to get off their chest. The goal, sorry, the monumental goal, is to lend some much-needed perspective, while slowly changing the culture, hanging on to our sanity, and preserving this beautiful industry that we are all connected to.
