Psykologi och psykisk ohälsa har alltid väckt mitt intresse. I samband med detta intresse, har jag märkt att psykisk ohälsa hos män (specifikt i förorten) inte tas på allvar.
På grund av detta, valde jag att starta denna Podcasten, för att bilda ett community och en Safe-Zone för killar att prata om sitt mående, för att i sin tur minska stigmatiseringen.
