How well do you take care of yourself?
So…… this week, I wanted to pose a question for you to ask yourself,, How well do you take care of yourself? Before you even ask yourself this, you have to throw out the misconception that taking care of ourselves is synonymous with being selfish. That is a lie and actually those two thoughts don’t run together at all. Selfishness by definition is being concerned excessively or exclusively with oneself. Taking care of yourself, however, is just making room so that you can be healthier not only for yourself, but those around you, because if you don’t, you are giving nothing your full potential.
