Lessons Learned Soul Tribe --Acceptance of Yourself

Welcome to Lessons Learned Soul Tribe. Today, I want to talk about acceptance This is such a huge topic that I'm going to try to cover only in a few minutes to highlight what I want to say here. When you accept yourself from where you are on the journey to where you're going that will save you so much heartache.  One of the greatest lessons that I learned is to not continually feel the guilt of things that I've done in my past. As you get that mirror in your face on this journey, looking at yourself can be very difficult and it can be painful, but in that the acceptance that you have for yourself it only empowers you if you understand what that means.  Acceptance means that you're not perfect, that you have both good things and bad things about you and not even necessarily good or bad, I would just say light and dark. Accepting yourself this way, is just that; accepting yourself for who you and working on those things that you feel you need to change. Acceptance is loving yourself for exactly who you are now and who you will be in the future and along each leg of the journey. It is so incredibly empowering when you get to this place of just loving yourself and accepting yourself for who you are right now, today.  No matter what the situation is,  it is so key to unlocking your potential, getting to your authentic self.   As you go on this journey and you see the mirror, don't give up!  Love yourself even more! Agape is unconditional love and once you get that for yourself, you have unlocked the door, the door to your future which is unlimited!  You are worth this journey!  Accept yourself now, accept yourself then and accept yourself for the future!
