LGBT+ Leadership Ethics LGBT+ Accountability Culture to Leadership is a conversation we need to start and keep having in the Nigeria LGBT community.  Nigeria as a failed country because of its huge lack of accountability leaders who percieve the demand of accountability as a hate speech.
