Shoehorned politics
Up until now I’ve generally put up with the silly lefty politics and bad economics takes because it was otherwise a pretty listenable RPG podcast. But this last episode (12/29/22) was just him reading an obnoxious anti-male screed. It had nothing to do with gaming at all. Just start a politics podcast and keep this nonsense over there. The content isn’t good enough to put up with being lectured to.

Amazing ttrpg podcast
Logar approaches all topics with such authentic enthusiasm and interest that as a listener you can’t help but be stoked with him. Pair that with his knowledge base and search for new ideas and creators and you have the perfect 12-25 min podcast.

Great, Fun, Original
Logar’s podcast “Wobblies & Wizards” is one of the best podcasts for old school-focused, rules-lite type of tabletop roleplaying games. Relatively short (approximately 15 minutes each), each episode explores a different topic: some are interviews with gaming folks (I was on the show a couple of times myself), some are with game designers, while others are about different games themselves, or some episodes delve into rules, options, house rules, mechanics, and even classic dragon magazine articles! Logar as host is great to listen to; easy to understand, down to earth, he’s charming and engaged and has the enthusiasm of a child for so many different products — a huge plus I think that makes listening to his podcast that much better. Definitely check it out, recommend it to friends, and be sure to like, subscribe, and post a review of your own!

A great lil podcast by some awesome folks
I was turned onto this podcast after following the host Logar on Twitter’s game-a-sphere. I know some folx won’t be down with Logar & crews politics, being a fellow traveller it doesn’t mar my enjoyment one bit. Plus, Logar & crew tend to be light-handed when politics come up except in their shared opposition to Fascism in the scene, something ov which I fully endorse. Each member ov the podcast has their own personality, and views in which they express freely. There are no walking in lockstep here. I love how Logar does a Zine Thursday, which often turns me onto some zines I may have missed. I also enjoy the diversity ov content, from reviews to interviews with independent creatives in the Indie-TTRPg scene. If you enjoy geeky discussions & don’t mind the occasional political discourse often tied to the topic being discussed in a given episode
give Wobblies & Wizards a try. Ezra Automedonos D’Anarchos

It’s there on the tin
It’s a really good show with a calm view of varieties of play and games, and the joy of playing role playing games. And also: as the name indicates, the host(s) have a clear lefty bent when they talk about things, and if that’s going to bother you, that’s weird, because it all comes from the same place of “games are fun, people deserve to have fun, things that make people miserable are not fun, so what are they doing around here?” It’s a daily show, so buckle up!

Leftist drivel
The worst part is at least one of the hosts has reproduced.

Short and to the point
Too many podcasts go too deep in their content and draw their episodes out. W&W does a great job of short and to the point episodes. Excellent for listening on your way into work or on your way home. Can’t wait to digest more episodes.

Based and fun
Not only do the hosts have good views on politics, they have fantastic guests, a solid approach to content, and generally just sound like they’re having fun rather than trying to get super polished.

Just Right
I love a candid short podcast and this is the sweet spot of *everything* ttrpg. Hat’s off, Logar this is a treat!

Blast of Sunshine
Short, fun, high energy blast of rpg happiness every day. A fan gushing about what he loves without putting down what others might love. Fantastic. The good side of fandom.
