This program uniquely offers (1) challenging and relevant lines of inquiry that help the conversations stay REAL and relevant to application vs just theoretical musing, (2) broad and conceptually challenging L&D topics (Eg. “Change” “Inclusion”) brought to life in vivid case-study detail and even measurement for us data nerds!! (3) Thematic seasons of deep dives on topics from a wide diversity of perspectives and approaches… breadth and depth in one. And so much more. I started with the Integrating Inclusion series, then Skills Obsession, then routed via various leadership/org/topic areas of interest. So much fun, wish I’d found this years ago!!
