You know you are what you eat, right? But what is really behind that saying? Well, in this episode we learn exactly why that's the case, and we hear LOTS of food options to make our brain happier. For some reason, we also hear a lot of "what not" and "in general." No seriously... count how many times I say those words throughout the episode because I realized it's accidentally a lot.
