Desk to 5k: Day 7 | L2R in 3 Min

This podcast is designed exclusively for Learn 2 Run Club Members taking the Learn 2 Run 101: Mechanics course. It's purpose is to supplement the curriculum but not act as a stand alone resource. 
That being said, it is available for anyone (non-members). However, it will not be nearly as effective without entire curriculum. 
L2R Club Members: I hope you find this as a valuable resource to guide you through the daily skill acquisition sessions.
