You should be able to Notice, Evaluate, Limit, and Change where necessary.
Then, 10 Stop/Start Quick Wins:
- stop worrying
- stop negative conversations,
- stop doing for others what they should be doing for themselves,
- stop lying to yourself, and
- stop putting your needs last.
- start beginning your day with a meditation or intention,
- start speaking more positively about those you trust and care about,
- start assuming responsibility for yourself,
- start finding time to regroup and ground yourself, and
- start a habit of self compassion and self forgiveness.
