Leading is not easy and this podcast aims to simplify the complexity of leading, inspire the uninspired and lighten the load of being at the helm. Each episode will focus on different leadership topics, such as how to not suck at giving feedback, listening like a ninja, how to master the art of great questions, leading with love and compassion and many more.

I will share why I chose the name Leadership Ninja and how the key characteristics of being a ninja correlate so well to being a great leader.
