21st Century leaders recognize the important role female leaders play in their organization and intentionally create coaching and development opportunities to leverage their strengths.
This week, we sat down with Molly Gimmel, and she shared key leadership strategies and concepts in her new book, “Master Your Mindset: How Women Leaders Step Up.” While this is an important book for female leaders and aspiring leaders to read, it is equally important for male leaders, as it gives a depth of understanding in to help develop and support our female leaders. It also gives us many strategies to enhance our own mindset and our leadership of others.
This episode focuses on two specific topics: How to connect with yourself as a leader and how to connect with those you lead. When connecting with ourselves it is important to overcome our inner critic, create a growth mindset, and put imposter syndrome behind us. When leading others, we must create meaningful relationships founded in true connection.
