It's time to "Unleash the Leader Within!"
Reverend Theodore Hesburgh said:
“The very essence of leadership is that you have to have a vision. It's got to be a vision you articulate clearly and forcefully on every occasion. You can't blow an uncertain trumpet.”
So, how exactly do you "unleash the leader within"? How can you develop into a great leader?
Keep in mind that great leaders do not create followers. They develop other LEADERS!
Leadership is not a position or a title. It’s a decision. You decide each day what you want: to be a great leader, who inspires, motivates and teaches others or…. to be someone who cares more about fame, success and giving orders to others. The choice is yours. So, what do you choose?
Would you like to work on Unleashing your leaders within?
More information is available in my workbook, Leadership Mastery, or by enrolling in one of my signature packages: Lead by Example or Unleash the Leader Within!" Please contact me if you want to obtain the workbook or register for a program.
In the next episode, we'll discuss the importance of self-leadership. To be able to lead others, set an example, and achieve your goals, you must first learn how to lead yourself. Understanding yourself, your behaviors, and your patterns will be extremely beneficial to your success as a leader!

Hi. I'm Raluca Ioana Man, your host, today I'd like to speak with you about To Be or Not to Be a Bad Leader and about bad leadership techniques.
You have, without a doubt, experienced at least one instance of ineffective or bad leadership at some point in your life.
We are all confronted with challenges and trying circumstances on a nearly daily basis. Our perseverance, our skills, and our mindset are all being put to the test by these challenges. You may believe that some organizations are drama-free, but believe me when I say that you're completely wrong.
The way in which an individual deals with the challenges and adversities encountered daily is what sets a good leader apart from a bad leader.
I like what Jack Welch said:
“When you were made a leader, you weren't given a crown, you were given the responsibility to bring out the best in others.”
The bellow paragraph, mentioned in today's podcast episode is from: References: Janasz, S. D., Dowd, K. O., & Schneider, B. Z. (2006). Interpersonal skills in organizations. McGraw-Hill.
"Having strong active listening skills, on the other hand, is a powerful tool leading to a more productive organization. it is an invitation for others to listen to you and it shows the speaker that the leader cares and is concerned about what they have to say. it helps the leader gather better information as active listening encourages further communication. active listening also has the potential to enhance relationships and leads to better cooperation and problem solving ."

Extraordinary leaders inspire the excellence of others.
Nonetheless, team leadership is not easy. In addition to managing yourself, you are responsible for managing expectations, egos, and the task completion of the team.
It is essential to start with the basics: you will interact with individuals. Therefore, you must be capable of acting with kindness and humanity.
In addition to certain personal skills, being a good leader requires the ability to manage teamwork, to reconcile differences and conflicts, and to motivate employees.
Understanding and employing the most effective leadership techniques is the key to facilitating the management and administration of your team and organization.

Hi. I'm Raluca Ioana Today, your host and in today's episode I would like to discuss Skillfulness and, more specifically, Leadership abilities.
From everything I've learned throughout my life, from my teachings and conversations with a variety of leaders and non-leaders, the following seven "essential and crucial leadership skills" have emerged: Communication, Setting Goals, Motivating Others, Team Building, Strategic Thinking, Conflict Management, Individual Coaching.
Certain abilities are indispensable in both professional and personal contexts. There are a variety of skills that one can possess or acquire with experience. Now, I'd like to discuss those that I've developed and that have always been beneficial to me.
As a leader, it is of the utmost importance to work on both your existing and desired new skills. Time passes, things move at a rapid pace, and how you present yourself is crucial. To be a successful leader, you must consider your team and your followers. Every day, you should work on your skills and abilities. If you require assistance, my team and I at RSEVEN can assist you. Like behaviors, there are numerous leadership styles. After years of research and working with companies and individuals from various cultures and backgrounds, I have realized the significance of both positive and negative leadership styles.
In the 1930s, psychologist Kurt Lewin developed his framework, which serves as the basis for numerous subsequent approaches. He asserted that there are three primary leadership styles: autocratic, democratic, and laissez-faire.
The Blake-Mouton Managerial Grid, published in the 1964 highlights the most appropriate style to use, based on your concern for your people and your concerned for production or tasks.
Bottom line?
First, analyze and discover your own.
Then, your teammates, coworkers, and employees.
Always keep in mind that knowledge should be shared.

There are so many theories and leadership behaviors in general. " The Globe Study" is one of them.
The Globe Study identified 21 primary characteristics or behaviors that are universally viewed as contributors to leadership effectiveness and eight that are universally viewed as obstacles. Following analysis, the research identified six global leadership behaviors, also known as "cultural implicit leadership theories."
My experience? I've worked as both an employee and an employer for a number of companies. I instructed individuals, teams, and groups. Based on my extensive experience in this field, I've decided to write a book entitled Leadership 7 x 7. This podcast is intended to assist you in understanding how to unleash your inner leader, as well as give you the opportunity to hear a few excerpts from my forthcoming book.
