The annual review is an excellent opportunity to know what you’ve accomplished in the previous year and how your performance has been, but it's also a good moment to signal to your supervisor that you're expecting more and ask them to advocate for you. There are in fact a few things you can do to prepare for your annual review, and to be proactive about it.In today’s episode I’m sharing the story of one of my daughters, Jo.
