The idea of Mystery Crate was to be different bits and segments that each member of the shipping container got to be in charge of. It was a passion project where each member of the container was able to express themselves, and have full creative control over a segment of their own design. Therefore it was a mystery (*pointing Dicaprio meme) what kind of podcast you’d be listening to. 260+ episodes later, everyone’s career has grown, and everyone has had plenty of time and space at the mic to express themselves. Now this show seems more like an obligation. Listening to it, i get the feeling no prep is done, 10-15 min before they yell out “hey we HAVE to record a mystery crate, we need people to record!”, and nobody cares so they pull in as many Fuentes brothers, Taylors and Luis’s so that they can have enough voices and content to survive and advance another week. It lacks any inspiration or creativity. In a way it is indicative of the Lebatard show’s entire blasé attitude lately which is “we are here to fill our contractual __ hours of content. We dont care what we say, as long as it fills up time and doesnt hurt our relationship with potential sponsors”

Best (and one of the two quality) product(s) offered by meadowlark media. Amin needs to break away from meadowlark’s death spiral. He’s too good to be buried in this internet dreck.

I look forward to the banter every Friday but its a skip whenever cyntia is on.

Lucy’s dope. November 2nd commenter has poor taste in good things. Also- someone fat-fingered the sound board and disengaged the record button about half way through your set. The back half of this episode is right up your ally November 2nd commenter 👍.

MC is my fave listen each week. Love Fuentes, love Lucci Mane… miss hearing Luis. Side note, I thought it was Tony’s Tears, not Tiers, which is why Billy was so excited to hear them. Anyway, love getting to hear a variety of people on each episode. Except for one. I cannot listen to any MC Jessica is on. She’s way too handsy with the mic and talks over EVERYONE. Homegirl has like 5 pods, maybe let others be heard and take a step back on MC. The eps are so much more enjoyable when she’s not screaming over everyone else.

I’m so mad!! If Billy had been in the main shows studio the last few days of this week, this would have never escalated like it did. This was ugly and hurtful. Billy treats ppl with respect. IG was a complete bully toward Chris, Juju, Mike and especially Amin. I’ve never been a fan of Amin, but he didn’t deserve to be crapped on and blind sided by Izzy. I felt bad for Chris. He was really rocked by the bullying. He’s trying to learn a new job. Mike always made it look easy. Even I know it is NOT. What IG did to Chris was cruel. He came across as a jealous middle aged man, jealous that he’s not an “official” member of LAF. He attacked Juju the day before because of the shirt Juju was wearing. Literally the BEST DRESSED PERSON in MIAMI!! He was comparing himself to Dan because he was sitting in Dan’s chair????? Not how it works Izzy. Not even close. What Dan does is because it’s HIS show.

Used to always listen to MC but stopped after they let other employees on who we don’t know. No introduction, no telling us why they are there. Then we find out they just want attention from being on the show. Only going to listen for Amin’s Rule of Two which is awesome.

Most over looked comedy in the last couple years. Highly quotable “sick burn atticus” “everything coming up Lucas just a few. Little kids downing F bombs it’s a must watch.

But this Star Wars segment has taken the mystery out of this magic crate of content. Amin attempting to talk Star Wars should be the new cue for the music and the “Da-DaDa Da DaDa Da-Da” like Dan attempting to dig into race relations or politics while with Disney. Meadowlark is trying to grow too fast by adding “talent” like CynCityOnAir . The show is great because it’s a tight family but adding outside the family with people who don’t care about the fans is ridiculous.

Had to stop listening after they started just letting anyone and everyone have a mic. Used to come here for the shipping container and now it’s just random people who should probably not have a mic in front of them. Only Lebatard and friends review I’ve done that is not 5/5 stars.

I have a million other podcast available to me out of support for the DLBS I’ve listened to mystery crate for a while now. I will no longer be doing so after hearing the host actively talk down to their listeners.

Really like all the different Star Wars commentary and reviews. I would rather listen to Darth Amin summarize than watch all of the new Star Wars stuff. And then if he deems it worthy. Then I watch. Thanks Amin

Please please please. I understand people like it for some bewildering reason but it’s not the mystery crate when every time you pop the crate open you get the same old tired Star Wars review segment. It made sense when Disney ran the show to have them force Star wars down our throats but now it’s just Amin. Star Wars has been made for kids for 30 years. Across decades

While I enjoy all the random conversations on Mystery Crate, my true love is Rule of 2. Love listening to Darth Amin and Darth Cornpuzzle break down Star Wars content. Looking forward to season two of the Mandalorian!

Love the show. Love the cast. Love the chemistry. But if I hear Jeremy bashing Marvel movies again, I’m gonna lose it. If you don’t like Marvel movies, they aren’t for you. Stick with DC. Comic book fans like what Marvel has been doing.

I really enjoyed your earlier shows and got hooked on mystery crate because I really enjoyed you guys but when you started doing the Star Wars crap is when I had to stop listening I cannot stand the show or the movie Star Wars so I do not get the parody I’ll still listen to you guys I just stopped listening when you go to Star Wars crap why do you play the Star Wars of crap I’m going to quit listening to you guys
