Here is my farewell to all things 20's. GUH-BYE. Unpacking some stuff I learned along the way including my sense of failure, ideas of success and the relationships I left behind. ALSO, how I got THE RING. 

 I am burnt to a fucking crisp you guys. Here I am, once again piecing shit back together - RAW, UNEDITED, UPLOADED with no fucks given. I'm unloading on how I'm trying to transcend even though I'm fully going through it and also making sense on what self care looks like for me. 

ITS BEEN A MINUTE. I am actively unraveling and unpacking but also putting it all back together in this episode where I talk about why I've been MIA in such a "sad bitch" mode but here I am being vulnerable, psychoanalyzing Harry Potter & his friends, why I have a problem with Zillow and telling you all about Kyle's expertise on the fetishes of straight men...but not really. 

I am ecstatic to welcome a very special guest for this pod - my FIRST Aussie friend, Valentine - a lovely 20-something who is the Founder and Creator of The Asthma Collective: an Australian company/lifestyle brand that creates luxury asthma  accessories and medical ID jewelry. She is also an active advocate for holistic management of asthma/anaphylaxis on her blog FLOW.  She joins me today to discuss all the things shes looking forward to in her 20's while also reflecting on the nuances of getting older and all of the personal, interpersonal decisions that come with  being a woman with creative drive, focus and long-term goals. 

Joining me this week for a special episode is a special friend, Shanell - a talented artist and now music therapist.  She and I unpack the nuances of navigating friendships after college, coming into ourselves after what most people refer to as "the best years of your life" and speaking to what we've learned from spending time alone. 

Welcome back, Mols. After spending a week away, I resume unpacking - my recent travels and my emotional travels. This week, I am SOLO digging into my refusal to be a flight nurse, annoying plane people, the outlawing of mukbang videos and my latest read on The Way of Integrity by Martha Beck. 

Tina joins me with some Don Julio and nostalgia as we unpack our experiences with Patron, our family history, cultural heritage, the PANNY and what we're looking forward in our 30's. 

Danny and I get together one last time before our family trip to Mexico and his big new adventure. We unpack main character syndrome, the sex talk, mukbang videos and Jesus Camp. 

Kyle joins me this week to unpack the many thought experiments that plagued my 20’s. There were so many, that I might capitalize on his idea of a “Mols' Career Bingo” game. We reminisce about that infamous year of 2019, finally coming to a place of contentment and maybe a future part time job as a “Friend For Hire”? This episode also features our squeaky 6 month old puppy, Nora. 

Danny is a YES man and I am a NO man - always. Is there a happy medium between being an extroverted introvert and an "introvert's introvert?" Together, we dive into the social anxieties of spending time with others. While Mols is having trouble coming out of her comfort zone, Danny has trouble getting people OUT of his comfort zone. Also, tune in for the movies, men and guillotines that influenced us. Plus, Danny tells everyone how he was reluctant to save Mols on a family camping trip.
