I love listening to Krystal’s interviews with different artists who have an interest in Paris. They are all so interesting and unique, and I love hearing what they have to share. Krystal does a great job of choosing guests - no two are alike. Her regular bit with Claudette Hemingway is also a fantastic way to feel like you’re hearing stories about Paris from someone who is a friend. I highly recommend this podcast.

Krystal is a fantastic and engaging host! She always brings on wonderful guests with inspiring stories and you can tell just how much the pair are enjoying themselves throughout. It also inspires me in my own creative endeavors. Being a history nerd, History Avec a Hemingway always brings me so much joy! Claudine is a wonderful educator and full of such incredible knowledge. As well as covering well-known historical figures, she shines a light on people throughout history that are some of the most amazing stories I’ve heard and should’ve gotten much more recognition for their work. I could not recommend this podcast enough, it always brings light to my day!

It’s a generally interesting podcast but I find it quite curious that neither Crystal nor Claudine will ever explain exactly how Claudine is “descended “ from Ernest Hemingway. I guess we’re all supposed to believe this connection because that’s what Claudine uses as her last name. It’s all very mysterious!! Lol

Not just about all the interesting people and places, but as an artist and aspiring art business owner, I love her perspective on keeping it real! Krystal’s questions are very intuitive, and she is able to get so much intriguing information from her guests. Take a listen!

Inspiring and entertaining discussions with creatives about creativity and French culture. This has become my favorite podcast to listen to. Krystal’s guest are interesting and her interviews are great, informative and easy to listen to. I especially enjoy the Paris History avec a Hemingway podcasts with Claudine Hemingway. A great podcast to connect with creativity, French culture, and fun history lessons!

It doesn’t look like I’ll be going to Paris anytime soon, but Krystal’s podcast satisfies the itch. Her diverse guests open up about their creative lives and make the listeners feel like we’re having a coffee together at a sidewalk café.

I really like these podcasts because they are fun, interesting and I always learn something! I really love that she interviews people with such unique perspectives and my favorite have to be the women of France series. Krystal is funny and does a good job adding humor to authenticity to her subjects.

I love this podcast - Krystal brings on interesting guests that will challenging you to examine your creativity and how you bring it into the world. If you think you aren't creative... think again! Krystal Kenney's La Vie Creative podcast is like a breath of fresh air streaming through my headphones. The casual conversational style is approachable, refreshing, and a great way to feel like you've spent time catching up with some of Paris' most inspiring creatives, if only you knew them in real life. But now you kind of do, because Krystal does and is sharing that personal connection with us. So, we may not be able to go to Paris right now and meet friends over coffee, but Krystal's podcast is the next best thing. Thanks for the lovely podcast!

The guests are quite varied in both professional background and personal story. Their quest for creativity informs and inspires the listener, while providing an honest account of the struggles and joys creatives will face. A must listen!

I really enjoyed discovering this podcast. It is well animated and guests have thought provoking stories to tell. It was a nice mental departure from everyday podcasts (also a break from sensationalism). It reminded me of listening to the wisdom, joy and life stories of my grandmother in a fresh way. Although, here the stories are more diverse while being well contextualized and quite relevant.

Krystal Kenny’ s podcast is a fresh take on being creative & living a creative life. Something we can all aspire toward in our daily lives. The interviews are interesting and authentic-leaving us with the feeling we are part of the conversation. Bravo Krystal!

Full disclosure, I have worked with Krystal a number of times. I love her new endeavor and it is so great to listen to people who live and/or love my favorite city. Super informative and Krystal is very engaging with her guests. On the surface, it appears to be about creative people, but really, the first two episodes are about doing what you want to do, because life is too short. Thanks for the reminder, Krystal! I am anxious for future episodes so I can live vicariously through them, and plan for my return to Paris, whenever that can be.

This podcast was exactly what I needed right now. It inspired me to try some of the creative ideas I’ve been ruminating on forever, and it transported me to Paris, having a drink with friends (rather than self-isolating on the sofa). The guests and discussions were interesting and the interviewer was natural. Def recommended.
