Steve also shared  bar stories to tell as he tells us about his first day behind the bar and a trial by fire orchestrated by some of the other bartenders.

LA STORIES PODCAST - HARD ROCK CAFE EDITION Meet Birdie….so synonymous with the Hard Rock brand that she goes by one name.  Birdie is the longest tenured Hard Rock Café employee spanning 36 years as a server and bartender (1982-2019).  Birdie is a no-nonsense gal with a soft heart who tells us about her journey from Ontario Canada and how love brought her to LA to the corner of San Vicente & Beverly where she started her career working for the Hard Rock Café.  Birdie gives a colorful account of her time with the HRC and some of the stories from her first interview with Hard Rock owner Peter Morton to her journey from LA to Vegas to Universal City to Florida with a little Victorville sprinkled in between
