A box of nostalgia opened when I went through my old rough-book and memories came rushing in. What actually happened when I went through that old book?

Self love is important and for a long time I used to feel it was preachy advice but life is all about learning and unlearning. (I'm guessing)

The days are long, the conversations are short. All I would say is keep your close friends closer and drop in a message once in a while.
