Trauma comes in all shapes and size but especially for me its food . I love food and sometimes its not a good solution especially when their is trauma associated to why I love it so much. I sit down with Leslie Davis author of " You Cant Eat Love" and have a chat about food linked with trauma and some strategies on how to deal with it.
