Okay well this isn’t hate or anything to the podcast but too the people reading this. It gets me mad how you commenters get mad about how they say things of any sort which is dumb just let them be their doing what they like stop judging them geez

Love the podcast I always looking forward every time their is the new one. The Target stories always funny. For me the Super M album. I have to got 3 different Target it were all sold out, that was crazy. By the way Ten is Thai and Lucas is Thai/Hong Kong Hong.

I sympathize as I think this family’s gone through a lot in the past year and I wish them well but I had to unsubscribe from the podcast for a few reasons. First, they don’t do any homework anymore before talking about an artist or music. For someone who claims to love BTS, the lack of effort in preparing to give an “album review” (really only the title song) recently was very evident. Second, the amount of discussion and plugging of Super Junior has absolutely gotten out of hand. We get it, you love them. It gets hard to listen or care if every other sentence is about this one group. Third, it gets old hearing the three continuously refer to grown women as “girls”. I understand - somewhat - when it comes to girl groups, but to call your adult coworker in her 40s a “girl” is infantilizing and gets old fast. And that’s partially to my last reason which is the male cohost, while he’s gotten a bit better over time, does not let anyone else talk. Like, at all. Especially if one of the female cohosts disagree with his opinion, he will just talk over her and repeat his points over and over until they give up. Man, I really enjoyed this podcast when I first subscribed a year ago but I am officially done for all the reasons above.

This podcast has such a great dynamic between the hosts. With Jonny's fair and open mind, Erika's honesty with heart, and Kimi's cheerful, bright personality, you will have so much fun listening to this podcast while getting different perspectives on songs you already love or don't like. The three of them don't agree with each others' opinion sometimes too, but they make the conflict fun. My favorite KPop podcast.

I always relate to the hosts and look forward to future episodes. Listening to other people’s opinions on different artists and groups and what they think about them and how they see them really fascinates me to spread the LITERAL CULTURE of Kpop and I personally think that is important... LOVE U OPPA AND UNNIES~!

This podcast is great, I don’t have any friends that like different kpop groups/singers. At first I felt bad but now I have kpophotpot to listen to for those times I want to hear someone else’s opinion on a new song that I love. Love you guys Kimi, Erika, and Johnny.

Great podcast! I enjoy how each of the hosts has their own perspective on the music, that combine thoughtful analysis and fangirling out!. I also really like that they do deep dives into individual songs. It's helped me to revisit some old favorites and listen to new stuff.

I enjoy every episode from the beginning to the most current one. I always look forward for the release of new episodes. I love it when they voice out their opinions on the songs/MVs that they are reviewing. Although sometimes I disagree with them which is okay...because we are all open minded here and opinion varies to each individual. Even them sometimes don't agree with each other's opinion. I really enjoy listening to Kimi, Erika, and Jonathan. This was actually the first kpop podcast I listened to! In addition to kpop/kdrama round-ups, I like their concert/kcon recaps to get a feel for how the experience is (as a lot of shows I'm not able to go to). Compared to some other kpop podcasts I have listened to, i am drawn to KPop Hot Pot. They keep it PG and make it feel like you are actually with them. Their personalities really shine through this podcast! Kpop Hot Pot also breaks down sometimes their podcast; for example if they have a lot of issues to talk about they create separate podcasts for that issue. @vanessam_design

Simply a great podcast about the newest pop music coming out of Korean.

I don't have much to say except that this is a Amazing Podcast! It's clean and everything about it is great! And if you're into K-Pop I would definitely suggest giving it a listen!

I just finished listening to one of your episodes for the first time, and I absolutely loved it! I don't have any friends that are into Kpop, so listening to this made me feel less alone haha. Listening to other people talk about BTS, BIGBANG, etc is really fun for me. You got a new subscriber :)

I'm a somewhat new kpop fan and have been looking for a podcast that would help introduce me to different kpop artists and help me learn about the kpop industry that is also entertaining. :) I am so glad I found this podcast because it's exactly what I wanted to find! I love all of your personalities and your honest opinions on different songs and artists. I also like that you had your friends who were experiencing kpop for the first join in the most recent podcast! I was on the edge of my seat anticipating what they would say about BTS! As soon as I got hooked on kpop BTS quickly became my bias group as well :) So I only have good things to say about this podcast so far, I look forward to going back and listening to the earlier ones! I live in LA county and the traffic here is horrendous! Listening to KPOP HOT POT has made my commute less painful and stressful. A lot of my friends don't understand my obsession with all things hallyu, so I'm glad to have found people that share the same interest. The reviews and comments are entertaining. I love their energy. At times, the material/subject can be outdated by the time the podcast airs but you can't prevent that from happening. It's still nice to hear the thoughts and opinions on how others view things. With that being said, I'll rate the show a 3.5 out of 5 for now because there's always room for improvement. Maybe adding a new feature, theme, or segment can spice up the show. Also hosting a contest or giveaway (like a Got7 CD *wink wink* 😉) is definitely a great way to reach out to listeners. I feel like an older sister watching her younger siblings grow and expand with their kpop knowledge. You have my support! ❤️ Heather unnie/noona ❤️ Fighting!!

I just started listening to the KPOP HOT POT after finding out about the GOT7 giveaway and found it quite enjoyable to listen to~ Personally I keep up to date with multiple media outlets and news that revolves around Kpop and K-Entertainment. However I must say that it’s extremely refreshing to see that people have created podcasts to discuss the news and what’s going on. I really appreciate the new take considering a majority of other platforms such as YouTube mainly or only rely on reactions. The discussion is pretty cool and I feel like some comments are pretty relatable to what I think as well from what’s going on with the news (such as Eric Nam and Chole Moretz lol). Overall I’m giving the show 4/5 stars because I feel like although it’s a really rad idea I feel like KPOP is so quick and things change really fast so maybe news isn’t as relevant as when it was a couple days ago. So maybe focus on things that seem long lasting, and maybe add some new segments or corners to spice it up. Maybe even live events? I left my twitter name as my nickname but anyways it’s overall a cool concept and I appreciate it ^^

While they might not know everything about kpop, it is refreshing to hear a discussion about kpop from a family that has an Adult Fan perspective on the industry and share how korean culture has entered there home in a way that is respectuful and fun
