We are proud to release soon another Let's Talk About It Episode with KAD Joe Briseno who recently rehabilitated out of prison. Mr. Briseno shares an important perspective on addiction, mental health, the criminal system and dealing with death of his daughter. This episode will be released tomorrow. What separates KADStories from the rest is we really just love to talk with the common folk especially those struggling and looked down upon in society and give them an important voice to various issues today. Suicide is a growing problem and this touches base with the dark topic, we truly believe if we get people talking it can help save lives and prove to everyone else you aren't alone. Also I apologize for the slower load in content. I been focusing on resume and job hunting but managed to successfully get this one done in a night to help celebrate Mental Health Awareness Month for May.

Sasha Frugone describe one of the most powerful moments of her life when meeting with one of the most wisest person she ever known. Even if this woman did not have many material things, she taught Sasha the power of people's words depends on your own reactions to it and encouraged Sasha the next time someone says or does something upsetting to try to look deep inside the person upsetting you.

BIOGRAPHY:
Sasha Frugone is a relationship empowerment coach and motivational speaker that provides groundbreaking methods in improving peoples lives by healing their inner child through the power of presence.
Frugone is a Korean Adoptee that has overcame enormous struggles of identity, mental health, substance abuse, physical and sexual abuse, and learning self-love. And through her tragic story of being found in trash can that dictated much of her life and how she viewed herself she discovered the power of reframing that narrative into something that now serves her life for the better. And as she was able to heal herself she is here to provide guidance and help heal others including adoptees, abuse victims, and regular people struggling to live the greatest and healthiest version of themselves.
