It was found that children who grew up in homes with high levels of conflicts ended up with more physical, emotional and social challenges later on in life. Witnessing fight at home means that they're 30% more likely to develop behavioral issues compared to other kids. Ongoing conflicts between Parents can affects a child's mental health, the development of their social and emotional skills, academic performance and most importantly, their future relationship. As Parents, we may not be able to avoid fighting, but we can avoid dragging our children into the fight. When we recognize the consequences of our actions on a child's life, not just the next day, not just the next month, not just the next year's, but potentially decades, then we can become more conscious of the way we behave around them. When children see Parents lead with emphaty, act with compassion and see them recognizing that they're on the same side, team, then that can be a complete shift in the child's future experiences. Because "Children don't do as you say, they do as you do".

According to Jay Shetty, there are some people who graduated at age 22 and didn't find job until age 30, while there are people who graduated late at age 30 and found job immediately. There are people who didn't go to university but found what they love at 18, while there are people who found job straight after college, making decent money but hate what they do. There are people who have children but not married, while some are married but have no children or have to wait 10 to 15 years to have children. There are people who are in a relationship but love someone else, while some love each other but aren't together. The point is, everything in life happens according to our time, clock. You may look at some of your friends, and think they're ahead of you or others are behind you, but failed to understand that everything happens at their own pace. Everyone have their own time, clock, so do you. Therefore be patient.
