Early followers of Jesus did things differently than we do today.  It wasn't until 300 AD that followers of Christ years and years later adapted into large or a building type model.  The early church met  but that has to be defined by scripture not by culture.  Constantine instituted much of what we still have today which is rooted in paginsm and idoltry worship.

Theres a differecne between what Jesus instituted and what we have today.

God is allowing the Frankenstein system and structure to fall apart.  God's allowing people time with each other to adapt to a new filter of what church actually was before man took it over.  

Jesus modeled to his small group daily how to live, breathe and walk in freedom and Kingdom principles.  Jesus was after head and heart knowledge.
