This episode is my testimony and how the scripture 1Kings 19:10 was a real moment for me to understand that depression and mental health are a real deal and can be anyone's burden. Hope it gives you a reason to live.

I've always be thought to start with why and right here is the why, simply put the safe space for a vast people in a spectrum of similar dysfunction. For as many as are needing a place to recline and heal and be honest with their process regardless how hard it gets (because honestly it is hard but not impossible). Again thanks to Stephanie (Stefikal), Capt. Chi, Jefal, Oge, @dada_freaky my dear friend and long time partner Funmi, and everyone else My dear lovely loving mum (Finally mum I got to do it, I didn't quit), Big Dave, my pastors, mentors, buddies, Shimbas and shimbios...
