Hit a chord with me
Oh my gosh, the quote that you read about the word "blessed" and the problems that come with it (associated with unearned privilege) really resonated with me. I've felt kind of odd about that word and couldn't put my finger on why. Thanks for that discussion. - C. Levin

Love this podcast.
As a Christian who is constantly learning about social justice, this podcast makes me feel less alone in the world. There aren’t many spaces where I can find Christians who agree with me about LGBTQ+ issues, reproductive rights, racism etc. but Katey and Ashley are unapologetic about their views. Their episode about diet culture was a revelation! Thanks for showing me I still have a space in this faith, folks.

Important informative and fun!
I have been listening to this podcast since it started and love it!! While most topics are aimed at women, men like myself can learn a lot about the opposite sex! Katey and Ashley have crafted a podcast with the perfect balance between conversation, introspection, and information sharing. If you want to give them a try, I recommend #9 “What it means to be white”. It’s an honest look into the racial divide in our country and how white privilege effects us all. Give a listen...you’ll love it!!

Every dude needs a soul sister.
I love engaging these important topics with Ashley and Katey. I am a straight white male who hosts a podcast with another straight white male. It is good for me to expand my horizons. I consider myself a feminist and an ally, but I have blind spots that Katey and Ashley help me find. I downloaded the first episode for my 11 year old daughter, and it sparked a great conversation. She and I are sure to listen to more episodes together. I’m so glad she will have these two amazing role models of faith and female strength in her life.

Insight and Support
So thankful for this wonderful podcast. I miss Ashley, but even missing her for maternity leave is a great model for self care. These ladies bring thoughtful insight to serious topics, and with a good dose of humility and humor.

Insightful and engaging
I’m a big fan of the conversations Ashley and Katey share with us. Their interest in all things faith, feminism and friendship makes for a great starting point, and they have taken on some compelling and important topics. I appreciate their willingness to share from their own personal experiences, deepened by wisdom from other thinkers. Each episode ends with intriguing recommendations for books, other podcasts, and a shout-out to people doing great work. I wouldn’t miss an episode.

Thoughtful and timely
Katey and Ashley adeptly navigate the colliding worlds of faith and feminism through intelligent conversations with a variety of themes. Listening to them at times is both soothing (when they tap into something I thought only I felt) and frustrating (when they pinpoint the world's inequalities), but always satisfying. Highly recommend this podcast for women of all stripes. And heck, men should listen up, too.

Awesome new podcast!
I love this podcast! Ashley and Katey's conversations are so relatable and fun! Listening to them, I am reminded of a lot of experiences I had growing up as a Christian woman in the south, especially during youth group and college. It's refreshing to hear women talking about things I've thought myself over the years but couldn't always articulate. Glad I'm not alone! I can't wait for more episodes!

Down-to-earth conversations about faith, feminism, and friendship
Ashley and Katey are down-to-earth, friendly, and thoughtful co-hosts. I love how they share from their personal life journeys in ways that connect with my own story. Their topics on faith and feminism are always relevant and timely, and the way they frame the discussion is accessible for everyone. I especially enjoy learning what books they’re enjoying—I’ve added a few to my to-read list!
