I created Mindful Kilos because I want to help people gain the power to create stronger versions of themselves by creating an uplifting positive community around mindfulness and fitness. I used to struggle with my mental health because I lacked control and awareness. Using tools like mindfulness meditation and weightlifting has helped me gained awareness and strength to create the life I want. I used to be afraid of speaking about my mental health because of the stigma and stereotypes that surround it but I’m here to spread compassion, understanding, and love through my experiences. I’m here to help you find your strength by taking a holistic approach to health. I will help you learn how to reconnect to yourself on deeper and meaningful way, allowing you to create the life you want. I can’t wait to connect!

When I started my path on mindfulness meditation I was nervous because I thought it was going to be difficult to practice and I was concern I wouldn’t be able to dedicate time to practice it. As it turns out, it’s actually very easy to practice and can be easily integrated in your daily activities.
