So we're going to get specific. There are tons of different books you can read, and none of this is new. Our pastor actually said this yesterday, "Have you guys ever heard the phrase knowledge is power?" It's actually not true. Knowledge is power only when you put it into action or in motion.

You can learn how to eat keto, and you can have all of the recipes at your fingertips. But until you take the action, it's worthless.
