Technology is a tool. It also can distract people and ruin their most productive times. If you're like most people, you don't need an enemy to interrupt you, you already have one distracting you. When technology runs us, it ruins us. Technology makes a wonderful servant, but it's a terrible master.
Pay attention to the wrong things that cost you your priorities, goals, productivity, health, and even your family. Eventually, it costs you your potential and your dreams.
