Jacob spoke with famed investor Jim Rogers during the 14th episode of Keepin Kozy. Jim Rogers is one of the most well-known investors of the 20th century having co-founded the Quantum Fund and the George Soros Fund with another legendary investor George Soros. Outside of finance, he is probably better known for leaving the world of finance to travel the actual world in his memoirs Adventure Capitalist and Investment Biker. In line with Achebe's line "Things Fall Apart," almost everything related to this episode fell apart. Though thanks to the killer work of our editor Jeff-we were able to salvage this. Thanks for watching, and please rate comment and subscribe if you enjoyed this.

Had the privilege of speaking with one of America's great military generals and diplomats, General David Petraeus.
He's a very fascinating character, very precise in his responses. In fact prior to the podcast, he suggested I send over a draft of my questions. He totally shredded the first draft-mainly saying that questions that have "ands" in them make for poor conversation. So two drafts later, here's the finished product.
I enjoyed it, and found it to be valuable, and I think anyone interested in entering leadership positions should check it out!

In the ninth episode of Keepin' Kozy, we spoke with Akshay Bhargava, the Chief Product Officer at Malwarebytes, a member of Forbes' Technology council, and a first-generation immigrant to the United States.
This episode focused on the changing dynamic of cybersecurity, and the novel ways in which Millenials are specifically targeted by hackers.
We also spoke on his immigration story to California and the changing dynamics and gentrification of the Bay Area, and how technology companies can work with the other community stakeholders to create a solution to the problem. He also stressed the importance of diversity initiatives in order to deracialize tech from being predominantly white/Asian male-dominated.
Lastly, he gave some advice on how he nailed his interview to get into the infamously hard McKinsey & Company, the importance of getting an MBA to advance your career, and career advice that goes beyond the general "keep the faith".
