Keep Running is a podcast that journeys into the story that is young black womanhood and all the things contained therein. Fused with fun, one-liners, and a healthy dash of judgment, there will punditry on what's poppin on the timelines and at the election polls. Self-care, career climbing, and spiritual reflection...because we know the Lord around here too.
