Le nom de ce podcast, «Kaizen» est la fusion des deux mots japonais kai et zen, qui signifient respectivement «changement» et «meilleur». La traduction française courante est «l'amélioration continue». Cette démarche japonaise repose sur des petites améliorations faites au quotidien, constamment. Ce podcast a été fait par des étudiants de B2 qui avaient commencé à apprendre le français avec les cours en ligne en 2020.
