Today I have one of my favorite people I have met in California, and she graciously blessed us with her presence. @LaurenSilverman and I chat about those different voices people have when they work...She has a great bubbly one and I have realized I do not. We discuss the amount of disrespect and lack of sanity that customers have, as well as management being less than capable at times. PLEASE BE KIND TO SERVICE WORKERS.

Same shit different restaurant seems to be the trend. We just want a little respect and understanding from our managers and customers, is that too much to ask?
