Tips and Tricks for the Bride to Be
Planned to Perfection: How to Avoid Common Wedding Mistakes
Welcome back to Just Before the Aisle! In today’s episode we’re going to be talking about common mistakes brides make on their wedding day. Unless you eat, sleep, and breathe weddings, you probably don’t know every proper wedding etiquette rule. Planning a wedding isn’t easy by any means, so we’re here to shed some light on things you don’t want to mess up when the time comes. Money is the root of so many major mistakes people make in their weddings. People often spend more money than they have; that’s why realistic budgeting is so important. The best way to create that realistic budget is by doing research on what things actually cost and by talking to people you trust. Also, you cannot forget to tip your vendors on the day of your wedding! So many brides forget this, so assigning it to someone in advance is the best way to go. Another mistake we discuss is guest lists. Lots of brides feel pressured to include certain people on their wedding day when, in reality, they don’t have any obligation to invite specific individuals; it’s all up to them! Listen to the rest of our episode to see what other common mistakes we talk about and how you can avoid them with ease!  Don’t forget to check us out on Instagram and Facebook @justbeforetheaisle and leave us a review if you’re enjoying our podcast so far! Making Your Day Unique

Everyone’s dream wedding looks different and budget restrictions can be a major factor when trying to make everything perfect. Sometimes you have to learn how to DIY some aspects of your wedding to stay within the budget you’ve created for yourself. There are so many DIY projects you can do for your wedding to save some money. Some ideas we talk about today include signage, programs, invitations, menus, and wedding favors. Joining Facebook groups is so important to not only get ideas on ways to save money but is also a way to buy used wedding decor to repurpose it for your own wedding. Besides DIY projects, there are so many other things you can do. One thing to consider is creating lists at the beginning of your planning process detailing what is most important to you to have on your special day.
