Okay, so this really is the LAST Ireland beer, we promise. Can you blame us though? We are incapable of going anywhere and NOT bringing a suitcase specifically for beer at this point. The world is just too big a place. This week our producer is in the hot-seat with Geo. Take a listen and say farewell to our Ireland tour with a classic the world over AND one of the oldest breweries still operating in Ireland, Smithwicks. But not just any Smithwicks, we're enjoying their blonde and it is delicious. 

Jevard is back from his long hiatus from podcasting and we're enjoying the last craft brew from Ireland. Introducing Thumper – a double IPA from Kinnegar Brewing out of Donegal, Ireland. 

In a special crossover event between Just A Sip and our friends over at KonKon's Cantina, Justin joins us at Deviant Wolfe Brewing in Sanford, Florida. The guys enjoy a German Bock while talking Disney, pubs, and everything in between. 

Sip Master Chris AKA "Darth Lord of the Sip" is back and this time he and Geo are sipping on the Bourbon Barrel Aged Gingerbread Stout from Hardywood. This beer, hailed as “freagin’ Christmas in a bottle,” is an imperial milk stout brewed with vanilla beans, cinnamon, fresh Casselmonte Farm baby ginger and Bearer Farms wildflower honey. 

Sip Master Chris is back in the house and we're taking in one last Kinnegar Brewing beer with him, this time a stout. A rich full-bodied stout originally brewed by the first participants of the Kinnegar Brewing Academy and a 2016 All Ireland Champion Beer. 

Max from Carrabelle also dabbles in homebrewing while not rehearsing or working at a new brewery in Deland called HyderHead. Here are some tips and tricks to getting started with homebrewing. 

Our Irish craft beer tour continues with a collaboration brew between Whiplash Brewing in Dublin and Wylam Brewing in Newcastle, UK. A DDH DIPA called Do You Wanna Touch Me. Fair warning, this one may have changed tastes on the plane ride back to the States. 

What do the Irish brew when they're not Guinness, Harp, Smithwicks and... oh wait, they're all the same company. So here is a choice from the craft beer scene of Ireland: Merrytiller from Kinnegar Brewing out in Donegal, Ireland. It's a Farmhouse Saison. Slainte!

'Tis the season for some pumpkin, better get your fill before their gone. This week the guys start off with Dogfish Head Brewery's Punkin Ale and it's surprisingly good, even for pumpkin-everything-hating Ben.

The guys try an interesting one from a new brewery, a Jalapeno IPA from Boojum Brewing out of North Carolina.
