In today's episode, I had the absolute privilege of interviewing Yasir & Kris, two of the founders of The Hemp Wellness Shot Brand Lumen. Lumen is different from the other health shots out there because of the base of all their shots being derived from hemp. The founders of Lumen were all on track to go to Medical School, and instead decided to pursue their passion for using food as medicine and create Lumen! It was an honor getting to interview the founders of Lumen, and I can't wait for everyone to hear their ongoing journey and wisdom on creating an incredible product.

Lumen so graciously gave JUJHEALTH listeners a discount code: JUJHEALTH which can be used online on their website, linked below.

On this episode, we cover topics like:

How Lumen got started

What it's like starting a business

Starting a business with friends

Pivoting business plans for Lumen during Covid

Finding the balance between science and plants

Deciding not to go to Medical School

Holistic VS. Western Medicine

Always standing up even when you fall
