Without a doubt Abraham must have felt tempted many times to stop believing God’s purpose would be fulfilled in his life. However, despite being 100 years of age, Abraham received the promise! Not because he was supposed, but because He trusted God even when things seemed impossible. Maybe you feel like you’re in a similar situation where things look uncertain or impossible. But you were created with a purpose made uniquely for you. Against all odds, even when things look hopeless, never stop believing the promises of God for you.

Maybe you don’t have all the answers to all your questions, but God invites you to believe that He wants to bless you. God invites you to look up, which a deep principle of God’s kingdom. It’s easy to focus on what’s wrong, but it takes discipline to peep your thoughts continually fixed on all that is authentic and real, honorable and admirable, beautiful and respectful, pure and holy, merciful and kind.

God wants to supply your needs; and He does it with a purpose! He has a plan for your life that goes beyond your own standards. What may seem like disappointments today may in reality be the foundation of great things in your life later!

Jesus understood rejection better than anyone. In fact, about 700 years before his birth it was prophesied in Isaiah 53 that He was to be despised and rejected; He was well acquainted with pain.
