Jesse & Tre Podcast
Jesse & Tre Podcast
Jesse Inisan & Tre O'Grady
This spirituality/comedy based podcast consists of two best friends having informal and entertaining conversations about spirituality and diverse philosophical ideas. The best way the content can be described is "consciousness expanding content with a large dose of humor and not taking matters too seriously!" Unlike many podcasts that are scripted and have a specific aim, our podcast is a free-form dialogue. Each episode arises from us having a non-planned phone call where we start to discuss some deep topics, and eventually one of us (usually me, Jesse) says "Hey! We should record for the podcast." We then jump on a recorded zoom call and then post the recording directly after. Pure authenticity! Whatever comes out comes out. There is no limit to the scope of topics we might discuss.
Jesse & Tre #16: Lol Lol Lol (plus some serious spiritual stuff)
In this episode, we take on the energy of the intense full moon in Aquarius and get very quirky and goofy. In the midst of this, we touch on some very important topics. This podcast is not a "serious serious podcast," we will always have episodes that are more geared towards laughing and hopefully entertaining you listeners, while also teaching you a thing or two!!

Jesse & Tre Episode 15: Effortless Existence ~ Be the Falling Feather
We have FINALLLY put out episode 15 of the Jesse & Tre Podcast. It has been around 6 weeks since our last episode (which we promised to do once a week). We can just pretend that this is the start of season 2 ;) We got very deep and really hit our peak 30 or 40 minutes in. So many different topics covered including: Seeking discomfort in a post-covid world; fake masquerading in the spiritual community; what real success is; and the energy of "what now?" : dealing with major life transitional periods and crossroads. We spoke about true purpose and working towards something you really care about: what are you grinding towards? What are you trying to build? How does that relate to your authentic self? We also somehow got to the teachings of Jesus Christ (not in a typical religious pastoral manner lol). We also spoke about people "keeping up with the Jones' " and some of the more toxic parts of Western society. The true essence of who you are VS what you show to the public and how ideally, these should intertwine.Honestly, these are just the random subjects we touched on that come to my head but there was SO much more!To listen, hit the linktree link in my bio. I will also have the website linked in my story post. Finally, you can also subscribe to our podcast on apple podcasts, Spotify, google podcasts, and every other podcast platform.PS. We also answer anonymous listener questions on this podcast, as well as give advice. So if you are going through a difficult life situation or just want to hear our opinion on ANYTHING, send me a DM and we will make sure to get to it next episode (and of course with 100% anonymity)We both hope you guys enjoy this one. If you do get a chance to listen, let us know what you think!

Jesse & Tre Episode 14: Guest Parham Nematollah ~ Mental Health's Merging with Spirituality
Today we had the special privilege of having one of my favorite people as our guest! Parham Nematollah is a mental health guru and has worked in the field of addiction for over ten years, mostly as a counselor. He was the therapist that helped Jesse when he was recovering from drug addiction, and they stayed friends since then. You can follow Parham on Instagram @the1minutetherapist where he gives little gold nuggets of wisdom in the form of digestible minute-long videos. This was most definitely one of our most special episodes as we covered so many topics. Some of these included: how healers have to be like surgeons, "We need to save people without the judgement." We also spoke about letting go of attachments and "the real modern-day disease" ~ Expectations as being "the root of all heart break". We asked Parham about what the most beautiful and important things he has learned about human psychology are. "Everyone just wants to be loved, cared for, understood etc). We also spoke about "the vicious cycle," that Parham has seen with his thousands of past counseling clients. Along with that, we also spoke about the concept of "failure to launch" which is becoming so prominent in the Western world today. This refers to young adults who are having trouble becoming self-sufficient and taking on adult responsibilities. We honestly covered so much in this episode and we both walked away from it with such a overwhelming feeling of LIGHT within us. It was a similar feeling experienced after speaking to the great holy woman/Hindi-Goddess Vanuja Amma in our 9th episode. Please let us know what you think about this and feel free to leave a comment to add to the ongoing mental health discussion, or give your perspective!!Also shoot Jesse or Tre a DM on Instagram @jesseinisanastro and @elven.star_ if you would like to have us give you real life advice (anonymously of course) for a situation you are going through, or if you have any question (related to anything!!!) that you would like us to answer on air!!! Please feel free to reach out! We want to get our listeners involved and help you along the way!Enjoy!Jesse & Tre

Jesse & Tre Podcast 11: Shifting Timelines, The Spirit of Weed, and Multiple Dimensions
We start episode 11 by speaking about our international journies (we both have multi-cultural backgrounds and have lived in many countries). We speak about Tre’s experience growing up in Singapore and how the kids at his old school used to make fun of each other in ways that may be looked at as being racist today, but actually brought them closer to one another. We speak a little bit about the pitfalls of PC culture. After around 20 minutes, we begin to open up about our experiences with marijuana and how we view it in general but also as it regards spiritual growth.  Jesse reveals how years ago, it led him to feel schizophrenia-like symptoms, before eventually having to quit. How can weed help us and how can it detour us from spiritual growth? Can we truly reach our highest spiritual potential with constant weed use? We speak about the spirit of marijuana and imagine it as a God or a light being that decides who will be allowed to enjoy the great benefits of marijuana and who will not, and also for how long!  We also speak about weed and spirituality. We try to answer the question of whether one can gain spiritual ground while smoking weed daily. Is sobriety essential for spiritual growth? After around 40 minutes, we move in to our discussion on Timelines. Each person is choosing their own ascension timeline that forms their personal universe. As they ascend on their timeline, their entire personal universe also ascends with them, because the two are inseparable. There are infinite possible timelines. We dive into this topic and speak about it on a personal and global level. We speak about some different scary and less scary ones for earth.“You are your own universe. You create your universe completely in every moment point. That is how powerful you are. how decisions lead to different potential existences. Multiply that by infinity and you come to the idea that the universe has infinite time-lines.” Around minute 65, we speak about the different potential time lines for humanity + aliens!  At around 80 minutes: We start to conclude: “there are things God made us not be able to understand,  there is beauty and hope in that. You create your own reality. One should live with curiosity and love and embrace "the great mystery"”At around 90 minutes: Tre teaches a TECHNIQUE on how to switch timelines (a form of astral projection)

Jesse & Tre Episode 8: Guest Appearance Astrologer Brian Phelps
This is a very interesting episode where we learn about Brian and his story and how everything in life led him to being an astrologer. In these guest episodes, instead of just learning about what the guest does professionally, we prefer to dive deep into their psychology and learn about what it is that makes them tick! I think that you guys will find this episode very interesting. We will be doing many more guest episodes of this sort in the future. If you would like to learn more about Brian, his IG is @astropsychconsultations.
