Meditation for Depression Relief
This guided meditation helps to alleviate depression. It includes breath work and imagery. Please seek help if you are suffering from depression. Personally, I see a psychiatrist and therapist to aid in my mental health care. It helps. Unfortunately, this meditation can not cure depression (especially if it is chronic). Best wishes! Pre-meditation Stretches
Practice 3 relaxing rounds of 3 stretches prior to meditating. It is nice to move the body and release tension, as this prepares the body for a more comfortable, relaxed meditation. Thank you for listening. By the way, I recommend learning more tips through meditation books, such as The Meditation Bible, by Madonna Gauding. For this podcast I drew inspiration from her book (page 24 of the Meditation Bible).
