Driving through Texas on a cross-country road trip, comedian Jóse Rafael Guzmán was arrested for possession of a small amount of marijuana. The state's zero tolerance policy on recreational weed landed Guzmàn in the Hudspeth County jail for two months. In Jail is No Joke, Guzmán tells the dark but surprisingly funny story of the most terrifying and miserable two months of his life and how it transformed his outlook on the world and his comedy.
