People are quite confused about what makes White Privilege real. In this Episode I shed insights on White privilege and why it is an absolute reality. This doesn't mean that White people are bad, that they need to give up privilege or that they can get rid of it. I think this is where most other people go wrong who are trying to prove white privilege. They suggest that White people should "check their privilege", which I myself is confused as to what it means.
Privilege and White Privilege is real but it is not something that can go away. What we need to do is show humanity how to develop understanding, compassion and Empathy so that the privileged can learn how to acknowledge privilege but lose the egotistical need to inflict pain and oppression unto the under-privileged.

Understanding Gaslighting. It is way more dangerous and traumatic than we think. I've been hearing people using the term loosely and in the wrong context and then there are others who don't realize that there are different kinds of Gaslighting. If you believe you are the type of person that encounters Gaslighting a lot you may very well be a codependent type and you need to do the necessary shadow work to heal your codependency so you can keep gas lighters away.

Its super important that we understand that our actions are only actions because they started in our minds. If we send conscious or subconscious/subliminal messages to the mind it will affect our actions. So a dangerous subliminal messages sent to the mind can have dangerous outcomes. And if the messages is being sent over the media to the masses of people it can influence mass scale Calamity.
This is what I see happening with the statement 'Black Lives Matter." It has two messages and one is very subliminal and unconscious. We need to start valuing the power of the mind and particularly the subconscious mind where subliminal messages are processed and converted into an energy that has a heavy influence on our decisions and actions.
