Stereotypes
By trying to break stereotypes, other communities are marginalized and made to believe that not falling in their community makes them wrong or evil. It’s good to hear a new perspective on mental health but not forced opinions based on personal experience when everyone has a different understanding. So yeah not for me.

Mental Health Awareness
Checked this out because of Mental Health Awareness Month. Interesting topics. Variety of topics. Raw and off the cuff. Definitely recommend this to anyone in the mental health community and the people who support us. We have to continue to support each other. This show helps to keep us connected.

Incredibly Helpful Pod
This podcast is a beautiful listen. Check out the latest discussing the challenges and necessities of transitioning to a new psychiatrist to understand what I mean. The topic is serious and the host is helpful and recognizes the unique aspects of every human being. I’m currently working my way through the back catalogue. Seriously appreciate the point of view. Smash that subscribe button, folks.
