Fantastic!
In the increasingly crowded IVF / infertility podcast space, this one is my new favorite. Educational, warm, compassionate, and hilarious - and so needed. Thank you!

A much needed conversation
It moved me so much. It took me on a stroll down memory lane, not in a fond time in my life, but in a game changing time that I’ll never forget. I wish IVFU had existed when I was struggling with infertility to help me feel less alone. It’s so wonderful what you’re doing, Sam, thank you for shining light and humor on this much needed conversation!!

Great for friends and family too!
I have not dealt with infertility but I have friends and colleagues who are working through it. I love this podcast because it is informative, intimate, authentic, open, funny and has been personally inspiring. Well done! I can’t wait to recommend it! Thank you Sam!

Inspiring, Candid and Funny
It’s not an easy topic to talk about and yet Sam has found a way to draw on her experience to initiate engaging and honest conversations around the challenges that many couples face in their desire to start a family. Even if you are someone who cannot relate to these challenges, you will be entertained and inspired by these stories. Oh…and the theme song (written by Sam) is hooky AF!!

Congrats on the podcast. I didn't think it was a topic I wanted to revisit during my podcast time, but I put it on and was impressed by your light and entertaining approach. You are brave for pursuing this venture. I am grateful for mine and others' positive outcomes!

So moving, funny, and informative
“I’ve listened to IVFU episodes 1-5 and just loved them. Sam is such a warm, intelligent and compassionate (oh, and hilarious) interviewer. As someone who went through infertility for six years, it is really compelling to hear other folks’ experiences with similar struggles.”

A family is a family is a family
I listened to the first two podcast episodes yesterday. I love them! I think that Sam is opening up conversations about infertility, and the definition of family that many of us need to hear. Great stories from guests, highlighted by a sensitive and insightful interviewer. Bravo!

Thank goodness for IVFU
Sam Shaber - continues to be a rock star by all definitions - literal and figurative: musician - story teller and now podcaster - she never disappoints. Originally a fan of her music I thought I would give IVFU a chance. I am so glad I did - and it was a gift that they released the first two episodes together as I craved more after listening to Episode 1. Episode two was another incredible journey. IVFU is a must listen for anyone who has not had an easy path to becoming a parent. And even for people who may not have a connection to issues of infertility. IVFU is such an open, honest, often funny, and no holds barred look into real living through challenging times with emotional and physical highs and lows. Listening to these stories is a great reminder that you can never know what other people have gone through. Bravo to IVFU for keeping it real.

Fun, Informative, and Not Just for Parents!
In IVFU, Sam Shaber brings wit, wisdom, soul, and clarity to discussions of the challenges, joys, and heartaches of reproduction in our modern age. These conversations offer a peek at what can be a difficult journey to parenthood – and in the process, listeners get a unique and poignant window into the complex, messy, exhausting, and often jubilant nature of what it means to be human.

A must listen for everyone.
I just listened to the LOLLY and MARVIN episode of your podcast and was so taken with it I went back to the beginning. I’ve only listen to the first one with your friend Stephanie. It’s utterly incredible. I had no idea the depth of the pain. I knew it was hard. I knew it was emotional. I knew enough not to say just take a vacation or maybe George should wear boxer shorts. The podcast really tells the story in excruciating detail just how all-consuming the process is. It’s really wonderful that you did this. Everyone, regardless of gender, age, fertility or anything else should listen to it.

A new podcast obsession!
I typically listen to true crime podcasts while I get ready or drive to school and work but I found myself just as lost in this podcast as my other favorites! Listening to the stories gives me literal goosebumps and so much hope for our future generations that may have to build their family in a new and different way. Thank you to everyone for your transparency and to Sam for her amazing interviewing skills and wonderful personality!

Funny, informative, and beautiful
What a great podcast! Sam is skilled at interviewing her guests, making them comfortable enough to open up in a way that it makes these pre parenthood stories so compelling and often laugh out loud funny.

Refreshing conversations on a necessary topic!
A raw, honest, heartfelt podcast on infertility and modern-day families is long overdue, and Sam really delivers with IVFU. She’s funny, asks great questions, and is shedding light on themes and conversations that have been considered taboo for far too long! Highly recommend and can’t wait for the rest of the season to air.

Wow!
This is so well put together, I can’t wait to hear more. I’m not even trying to have a baby but getting a glimpse of what so many of my friends have been through and are going through is going to be eye opening. And in turn will help me to be a better supportive friend.
