Episode 11
It has taken me 21/2 years to listen to episode 11. I listened intently to the speaker describing what she went through and I empathized with every single word. This session helped me move further down my path. While no one else in my family gets me, and I mean no one, I felt like this speaker does. I plan to listen to ALL the episodes and I encourage you to add I’ve Been Better to your pod cast list.

Easy listening that puts you in a good mood
I love listening to this podcast because it serves as a reminder that we are all human with our own struggles and challenges, and we can all relate to each other even if our struggles are different.

The Power of Storytelling
We all get asked how we are doing almost on a daily basis. The answer we choose to address that question may not always be honest. So much apprehension and fear can come from telling people how we are really feeling or how things actually are, whether it’s good or bad. Well here is a space and podcast created for people to talk freely about times when they have been better, how they have worked through those challenging times, and how those moments have transformed them and led them closer to their most optimal selves, all ultimately to provide listeners guidance through the stories that are told. This is the rawness, transparency, and vulnerability that we need to hear and share with other, of course with a dash of humor and compassion to create an inviting, non-judgmental listening and resonating experience. Thank you, Suz ✌🏻❤️🐱
