It's Time to Pivot Podcast is a platform where guests share their stories about a time in their lives when they had to PIVOT and how those steps helped them overcome tremendous adversities. Hosted by Lisa Marie Gallegos, survivor of PTSD, childhood trauma and depression. She is a former military wife turned law enforcement wife who works as a Professional Development Coordinator at USC and provides coaching, trainings and workshops for those who strive to overcome their adversities and PIVOT into a better you.
