No matter what I feel like we have all hit rock bottom in are lives and made mistakes.If your like me.There are times when your whole life feels like it's in pieces and your a wreck but you pretend like everything is ok for your family and community well I want to remind everyone it's ok to not be ok during this podcast I want to remind you of that.Especially in this podcast I will talk about times in my life when I was at my lowest I hope that you tune in and can relate really listen to the message that it's ok for you not to be ok
